Managed to get the oil seal (the figure 8 one - was a pain so wish I'd seen this, thanks Goran!!
) Did get one in the end though, found a dealer with one, well 5 as old stock - if anyone needs one let me know, they were pence so happy to give them out.
As for the plastic pipe, had a metal one made and she's all built up and tested - all good!
That cooler is a pig to swap though!
