Just a quick heads up. Another issue I am concerned about is the safety and comfort of having 3 pedals in the very narrow D2 footwell. There is enough room for the clutch pedal without the foot rest, but this may make for uncomfortable driving having to always rest the left leg on the floor in front of the clutch pedal.
There may be some space to be found on the right, by reducing the pointless size of the fuse box cover. I drove around yesterday without this cover and it felt a lot more roomy down there. A narrower cover may be in order, and that may allow the accelerator pedal to move 1-2cm to the right, and the brake pedal as well. Maybe it is just possible to retain a narrow footrest?
