this also happened to mine Adrian, its a real pain to get back in, cant really remember the detail of exactly how but I eventually got it clipped back in think it took me many attempts, not much help to you I know but at least I share your pain
Or if you have any friends who are Gynaecologists perhaps they could help, used to working in similar conditions I guess
