The idea of nitrogen is:
1. Bigger molecules- escape slower and no need to check pressure and top up tyres so often
2. Nitrogen expands less with heat so smaller pressure changes when temperature changes.

On the strip it will not make any difference.

And don't forget air is about 70% nitrogen anyway
