When I replaced my battery I had all sorts stop - the Auto windows for one.. but it sll sorted itself out (windows need a complete down and up to reset for example)
Nothing stopped working full stop to be honest. And due to my inability to lean in the boot and handle a better weighing the same as a small child into a compartment it only just fits in without getting the + and - cables jammed behind it.. I guess it was off for about 15-20 mins..
