i must say that having viewed some other forums (fora?) and seen such exchanges as in the example above, I was hesitant about using this one when Jim recommended it. But I can say from my short experience that it is friendly and extremely helpful place which never resorts to personal abuse, ridicule or spitefulness - and I have read most of the threads on here.
