Mechanically, swap out the whole back end. A new quattro 4/5 speed. Prop Shaft, rear diff to match tranny.
Electrically I not sure but it may be a new loom or it might just be a matching TCU!

yeah mechanically should be easy, it was the eletrics i was worried about i can get all parts needed just need to know what exactly i would need to compleate this task hoping its just the case of a g/box ecu and loom any more info would be great!!
