The Council finally settled, after three rejected offers (I didn't think you could reject more than twice).
My wife's friend is looking to buy a 2007 Audi A4 2,0 TDI. She's found one in Ely, and I'll be going to check it out on Saturday, but it looks like a great car. Full VAG, 39,000 miles and more importantly, one owner. Bone stock, just the way she intends to keep it.
The Bora's being picked up sometime next week, it's got a nice set of Audi TT 7,5"x17" Flat (Fat?) Fives which I'm going to liberate. So on Saturday, I'll be taking three 15" steels down to fit, with the original spare making up numbers.
All worked out well in the end!
