Very easy installation, no coding, bluetooth works very well (with MMI and wheel-mounted buttons).
I chose this when I bought my D3 because a) I was led to believe that the "audi" route to upgrade from the armrest - phone to bluetooth was either difficult or impossible - according to who was discussing it. the AMI would also have been required to get ipod functionality and a) wasn't available where I am and b) would have made the installation a good bit more expensive. This "one shot" plug-and-play device solved both problems simultaneaously
