My S8 has no squirt whatsoever on the drivers side, and the passenger side was poor. These were flagged up as failures on its recent MOT.
So, looking at it in a bit more detail, the pipe starts at the drivers side, Tees off for the drivers squirter, then carries on to the passenger side. if there is water on the passenger side, but nothing on the drivers, the jets must be blocked....
I could try and clear them, but i have a spare car I'm using for spares at the moment, so its easiest to rob one from that.
Heres a photo of the pipework. The red circle is where the power connectors are for the heating element in the jets. Seems the drivers and passengers side have the same length cable, so the drivers one is cable tied up to lose the length. Also worth noting on both my cars the cables had frayed and come out of the nozzle, so the heating wouldnt work. Might explain why I've never really seen the heated nozzles on D2's having much effect.
Here is a photo of the nozzle, with its quite lengthy cable, with 2 pin connector on the end:
Here is a side on shot of the nozzle. The pipe connector is a push on / push off at the rear. Elsawin suggests you have to remove the whole wiper valance to get access to these, but actually, if you pop the pipe off the rear, then press the plastic tab at the front (arrowed) with a flat blade screwdriver it will come loose and pop up....
And a full side on shot showing the cables. There should be one at the top too, the brown wire, which has come off on this one....
Once I swapped over the nozzles, and sorted an overly-tight cable tie on the pipe, the drivers was perfect and pressure was up on the passenger side too...
