Rear fog light users (and I'd add the front fogs to this)
Tailgaters

All I can add, living in the countryside with lots of 60-30mph & 30-60mph junctures.
Why don't we stagger the 30mph signs. You need to slow before reaching the built up bit, but that shouldn't mean when coming the other way you have to hold 30 way after the last house.
They manage exactly this in France, so we should be able to handle it.

Oh yes! Sorry, but I have been known to pootle (70) in the empty motorway lane one, up the inside of all the tail gating traffic, pull out when I catch a slower vehicle in my lane, pass it and return to lane one.
If more people did this the other lanes would be freed up
