I only get a tad wound up with drivers who cannot keep up in a slowish stream of traffic with traffic lights every so often. They don't seem to understand that modern lecky control stuff can assess how much traffic is coming and change lights accordingly therefore they get stopped out every time. Once you are in that pattern it's difficult to get out of it

On Rear Fogs, the only time you need them on is if it's really, really poor visibility and you can't see a car behind you then put them on, once there is a car visible behind then put them off. Simples!
Oh, yes, then there's the muppets in poor vis conditions with only side lights on or even none.
