I'm convinced you dont need a different pedal box. Have a look at your auto LHD pedal box, I bet its got the casting for master cylinder and for mounting the over-centre spring. All you need is the bits themselves, master cylinder, slave cylinder, over-centre spring, etc. You can get these from a Audi dealer in the States. I do have 2 master cylinders but they are old, one is from a 1997 car I beleive, do you want to risk a 15 year old master cylinder, best to order a new one.
If you have a look at Tozo's thread in the pictures you can see his Auto pedal box has a mounting point for the master cylinder.
