If you have a look at Tozo's thread in the pictures you can see his Auto pedal box has a mounting point for the master cylinder.

Any idea from what car the parts would be sourced? We got no manual 8s here, and Audi isn't keen on ordering Euro-spec parts to the States.
Also, this FTF code 01E, does the bellhousing match the 4.2, and if so, any idea if it was installed here in the US at all?
