Default TPMS problem

Recently been having problems with my tpms. Every now and then a yellow warning comes up on my dash and i then have no pressure of temperature showing on my MMI. This has not bothered me until i took my car for the MOT and it failed on three tyres. The garage then replaced my tyres, passed my MOT and gave me my car back. Then the problem started. I got in the car, started it up and instantly got a red warning on my dash saying my tyres are flat. I instantly got out and spoke to the garage owner and he went " oh yeh i got your valves for you, they are knackered" and gave me my tpms senders in bits. To be fair to him they did look very corroded and knackered.
So been looking around for new ones and came across these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/4003007055...84.m1423.l2649
they do have the same part number as mine "OE Part Number: 4D0907275C " but will they be ok ?
