Default How to set timing on the Cams

Well I had the head apart on my AVP engine today to replace the valve on cylinder 7. Unfortunately I didnt mark the sprockets so I knew where to line up the cams with the timing marks.

Does anyone know how to position the cams in the right place..so the timing of the valves is right...thanks??

Here is a picture comparing the new valve to the old valve...
