If you can use the force Luke you shouldn't need a jack or jacking point.
The wheel under the car works well but if it's used then it'll mark the alloy obviuosly. The wheel will take more than the weight of the car like that so will save your head, foot, legs or whatever you have under it at the time.
I make some axel stands while i was shipbuilding for my Land8 but someone borrowed them and they never came back. I'd not be able to use them under the car anyway as it'll have to be jacked so high.
Jacking point under the Seat for the jack in the boot would be on the sill but i've gone under further and picked up the chasis or body shell rail, with a piece of soft wood between the car and the jack as the cup on the jack isn't as big as on workshop jack.
