I had calipers rebuilt for my old Lexus Soarer about a year ago. I don't know whether they do calipers for A8s but they did a stunning job on them, even getting pins machines as they could not get hold of the right ones.
I had a pair of front 4 pots and a pair of rear 2pots done for about £350 from biggred.com and I was over the moon. They did new pistons, seals, pins and coating in Black polymer.
I have good pics if you are interested in seeing before, during and after as my old ones were seized ( a common fault on these high powered pistons). They were very helpful.
