Weak windscreen washers...

My windscreen washer pressure has suddenly become very weak. No leaks from the pipes at the screen (push fit has popped off in the past) and no leaks I can see anywhere else. I descaled all the nozzles not long ago so they're OK. Any ideas? Is the pump on its way out? Easy to replace?
