Sorry I misunderstood you, I thought you had reset it and it was now working, just the values were not what you expected.

The usual items to check is

1. Air leaks. Some soapy liquid in a spray bottle and spray air bags, pipework and valves
2. Height control sensors. Check the electrical plugs are connected properly and no water has managed to find its way into the connectors. Also check the point where they connect onto the suspension is not corroded causing the base to come away and throw a fault.
3. Check the compressor is working properly and not overheating due to overworking.


Not sure how much data you can pull from Vag-Com but it might be worth dropping them a note asking for some assistance
