but I'm familiar with the height setting process as a result so I know what's happening is not normal, vagcom cam lower upto 25mm lower than the base coding.
For those that know, channel 1 lowers the suspension to its lowest point, it's then supposed to go upto normal ready for the setting of the next wheel - channel 2, it doesn't and that's where the clunk starts.
