Well, it's either a piston or crank I think, but looking at the costs of these engines it might be worth replacing parts.
Will be giving A8 parts a call shortly.
Thanks for the ad info guys. I am just skeptical having anyone else do the work 
I trust myself and a friend to do it and I need it back on the road at the weekend
