I was thinking more along the lines of what category you could apply to users, how many of each, and if we could identify when we maybe got our first in each category, some examples I have come up with as a starter for 10 as old Bamber used to say are :-
Keen
Casual
Rude
Technical
Nutter
Humorous
Expert
Stroppy
Nasty
Knowledgeable
Helpful
Arrogant
Generous
