I've just swapped my interior to Alcantara to match the seats that were already there (thread HERE) so if you need me to take some pics of the alcantara visors then let me know. I would say that a good trim shop should be able to convert them. Mine seem to be a bit "thicker" than the standard visor so maybe needs more padding to get the shape. A local vehicle trimmer made up a new panel for my sunroof liner as the donor car one didnt match and was a black material
