What can I say guys? What a superb day.
Despite being run off my feet, and seeming to run from pillar-to-post all day, I feel that the day was a great success. Despite the weather (I'm now convinced that God is in fact a woman, who despises cars

), the turnout was fantastic.
What was shown yesterday, by all who turned up, was a great commitment to the A8OC. Willing to turn up despite what your guts may have told you (James must have been up until silly o'clock this morning cleaning his '8 after it's day out

), and fighting against adverse weather conditions to get there. I'm sure it came across many minds to turn around and go home.
I personally want to thank you all for making the day worthwhile. You may have seen me breathe a sigh of relief at the end of the day, which really was the pinnacle of a lot of hard work carried out by a few individuals. And I'd like to thank each of them personally:
Botang - Top BBQ Chef (I did notice Boyd giving some assistance

)
Tobes - Meet Photographer
Mike - Events Secretary - a great start to the A8OC social calendar
Steve - top location selector
I cannot wait for the next event, and now need to put together an article for Audi Driver magazine
I will do a full write up soon, but for now here's a few of my favourite shots of the day
