Hi Folks,
Just fitted 18" winter wheels and 235 50 18 winter tyres to my S8. Was worried that the clearance around front disks/calipers may be a bit tight, but with my steel disks they fit very snugly with no fouling. Pictures below.
Time to get my 20" rims refurbished and new tyres fitted. Have done 18000 miles on Bridgestone Potenza RE50A tyres. About to try Yokohama Advan sports standard size, 265 35 20 in spring. Anyone else using these and if so, what is wet grip and noise level like?
Car has now done 77,000 miles and is going like a train.
