Good on him, if he can get it, why wouldn't he charge as much mark up as possible? Oscar only buys *the* best cars, he (and I) know there are people out there willing to pay a premuim for the best example. He's not ripping anyone off at all, he's been in the business long enough and has a business model that clearly works for him. Offering £14.5k for a car advertised at £17.5k is a pi5s take. I'm surprised he even bothered getting back to you with such an insulting offer.
