That particular ebay tyre has been for sale since late November that I know of. I currently have 3 virtually new FK452's and I'm looking for another 1 or 2.
I think ainarssems is right, on ebay I've seen individual FK's go for over £60 with a stated 4-5mm of tread (and £10 carriage). Four at a reasonable price might appeal to someone selling their car if tyres are gettting towards the limit, being all the same brand helps as well.
If you decide to split I could be interested in the meatier two if they are solid 6mm across the width of each tyre and a good price depending how much carriage works out at.
