What was the physical location of the O2 sensor?
I have seen this on my W12 as an intermittent fault - although it is on far more than it is off!
VCDS is unable to clear the fault as it pops straight back but strangely when it was last serviced by Audi it had cleared when I picked the car up.
Likewise today when I picked it up from an independent Audi dealer it had also cleared although I expect it to return shortly!
