I know Brian passes one on the Great Western Road, but going into work that way would take me twice as long and more than wipe out any better fuel consumption from the petrol. And there's one in Erskine - but again, it would mean a 10 minute detour.

But absolutely nothing north of Glasgow along the the A82, the only route north on the West of Scotland.

Shamefull, really. Reminds me of the old saying that goes along the lines of "You can build a better mouse trap, but...". IMHO, it doesn't matter how good the fuel is, it's useless if I cant buy it. 'Nil points' to Shell's marketing people.

Rant over - back in my box!
I have a cunning plan... next time you need fuel, drop the car off at mine, you can hire my bike and cycle to work, I will fill your car up on the way to work, you can return bike and pick car up on way home, will only charge you mates rates for the bike hire and only add 10% to the cost of the fuel for my time. I sense you will be knocking my door down very early Monday morning
