IT, I did check the switch blanks, and sure enough there are wires awaiting switches
I also checked the rear console for the heated rear seat wires, and they're also present.
Silly follow up question, are all front seats fitted with heating elements even if they're not included in the final build? Also what is the black two pin socket that's flopping around beneath the front seats meant to connect to? seat mounted Airbags perhaps?
