I've had sunroof and passenger window open independently of any controls but can't for the life of me remember if that was before or after i re-done the juction box area, it is at that box that the alternator and starter get their power cables from / to isn't it?

I'm no good with the dark arts or electric's so i'll just wind my neck in.
