I think there is nothing plug and play to be honest...
Aftermarket headunits will have bluetooth, so if you'll decide to change headunit then separate bluetooth may not be needed.
I'd suggest to drive the car for a while and test how much you love it
Then you will decide how far you can go with upgrades...
