Your headlights pictured in your other thread look like bi-xenons to me, rather than standard xenons. I would expect any adjustment Audi end up making will be manually lowering the beam setting to make it sit within an MOT testing field, but may end up positioning the beam too low for day to day driving.
I suspect when Audi say there is no adjustment required, it's because the lights won't necessarily dazzle oncoming traffic on holiday but wouldn't actually pass a roadworthiness test for the 'wrong' side of the road. Any difference will most likely be internal to the reflector for LHD/RHD.
I would interogate them before parting with your money to make sure they know what they are doing!
