but I don't think it will turn out to be an expensive mistake as, if the airbag isnt compatible with the D2 and/or it cant be swapped for one that is, I'm sure it will be of interest to someone with a D2 or the likes of B7/B8 S4/RS4 or C6 RS6 owners... 
so...anyone know of a compatible airbag that would fit?
