I agree with psyche the signs of a MAF gone are often system too lean codes, and don't leave it too long before resolving as if the MAF has gone it will be feeding false information to your engine and your gearbox which could add up to serious issues if it goes on too long. I still think my MAF going was the root cause of what did for my gearbox failure.
