Bit of a strange one! My mate has a 2005 facelift 3.0TDi (non DPF - car has dont 130k miles) and every 4,000 miles or so (he's doing a big mileage) there is Diesel getting into the Sump to the point he is having to drain the oil and refill to stop it getting too full.

There is no fault codes for the Injectors (Injectors have been suggested as the fault) but also, if the Injectors were spraying in so much fuel that the bores are being washed with Diesel and getting into the Sump, surely there would be loads of smoke, which there isn't!

Any other suggestions please?
