Having read some of the VCDS manual and quickly getting bored with it I followed a YouTube clip of how to recode your ABS controller and re-calibrate your slip ring. I did everything it said on the tin and communicated with the ABS controller OK. I entered the login code as instructed but then it came back with and error message saying it could not communicate with the controller any more and consequently could not get any further. I spent the better part of a day cussing and swearing but got nowhere. I can't contact Ross-Tech as America is closed for Thanksgiving. (At the moment I have got bugger all to thank them for
) Anyway, If anyone knows what to do I'd be mucho grateful. As far as codes are concerned I've got the right ones so I don't think they are a problem.
