Unfortunately it cost a staggering £99 for the set including vat from H&R in Germany via Euro car Parts who are their agents and that is with my trade discount!  I've now had the seat part measured by a local engineering company as they can make new seats for me next time if I need one and anodise them for me too, should be a lot cheaper. The adjusting nut and lock nut themselves were actually pretty good condition but I changed them anyway as I had already bought the set
