Aint you the lucky one, access from plenum area, Might be an easy fix then, I can pull pages out of Bentley manual and postas PDF if you need them?
Mine is a bit worrying as its a mechanical failure of the defrost flap and that entails removing the whole dashboard
unless someone knows better???
