On a similar note, last summer this brand new SL500 (priced £73k) was left outside Mercedes Southend overnight WITH THE ROOF DOWN in the rain!
Needless to say the footwells were saturated as were the other compartments in the car. As of today, the car is STILL for sale, reduced to £63,000! I regularly drive past so always get to see it still sitting there. The lucky buyer could have had a free foot spa if they bought it last summer 
Knowing what MB Southend are like, I'm sure nothing will be said to the prospective buyer when they return with water-related troubles.
