Well, it varies.
I'm able to get to as low as 4mpg 
The most I got driving 30miles across London 6-7am on Saturday morning like a complete t**t was 22mpg -ish. Don't know if the performance remap on the engines ECU is to blame for. That was on D and gear changes were in the region of 1600rpms, only from 1st to 2nd 2000rpms.
Motorway, combined-20miles dual carriageway with roundabouts and traffic lights plus 130miles on M1 - 33-36mpg, thats 70-85mph (occasionally 100mph)
Usually combination of dual carriageway and residential streets (12miles run), normal driving 12-18mpg.
