Think I now have another sensor on the way out, somewhere on the rear this time.
Selected reverse to park outside the house and was greeted by the now familiar high pitch squeal and flashing light.
Anyway parked up and went to the back sensors whilst the light was flashing, and tapped on each of the four sensors with my finger. The fault then cleared and the sensors are back working again, but for how long I wonder.
