From a legal perspective, this will very likely be an expensive day for the Mazda's insurers.

The Mazda emerges from a side road onto a main road when it was clearly unsafe to do so. The road is straight, and the view up the road means that the Lambo was there to be seen.

Although we can speculate about the pre accident speed of the lambo (and I have to say it does not look excessive, or recklessly excessive to me) this is largely irrelevant. You have to look at the causative potency of the situation. Whether the lambo was doing 20, 30, or 40 (I doubt it was more than that), at the time when the mazda pulled out, it was very likely too late for the lambo to avoid a crunch.

Clear the mazda driver was pulling out without looking or engaging brain. They were the sole cause of that crunch, and they will go down for the lot.
