We can try a bit of rough maths. As time turns from second 1 to second 2, the lambo nose just passes the parked SUV. As time hits second 3 the nose of the lambo hits the nose of the BMW. Between the SUV and BMW you can squeeze in another 2 standard cars.
Assuming standard car length is 4.5m, the lambo, after initial collision, travels 3 x 4.5m in 1 second (roughly).
Thats 13.5m/s = 30.2mph
One would hope he hit the brakes before 1st collision, plus the decelerration after collision, he must have been going more than 30mph for his post-collision velocity to average at 30mph.
