Default parcels2go.com damaged a brand new RS6 wheel
i ordered these 2 brand new wheels from camberley audi
so i booked parcels2go
one is in perfect condition
parcels2go have thrown the other one and landed on concrete and damaged the edge

they have accepted my claim and offered me £41.20 in compensation on a £711 wheel because i didnt take out extra insurance
