Removal is a bit fiddly with the trims but Sean the Steamship's thread is excellent if you havent been in the area before. Takes about 15mins to remove trim and audio unit (mine has been all out before so was easy enough).

Have just cut open unit and batteries are gubbed and have leaked but not, so far as I can see over the PCB. Good! The thread on TT or tyresmoke has good info about replacing the batteries which are longer obtainable with an equivalent so just off to that thread to check out whats required. However, the batteries are only back up (7.2V) so I guess the horn is powered off the car 12V circuit so, if thats the case, why is it SO pathetic? It MUST be designed to be louder than the little chirp I am getting.
