I think it was an option on 2008-2010 D3s so I'm pretty sure it can be fitted to earlier ones, but...
Left and right module needed, then mirrors with LEDS so mirrors will have to be changed to 2nd FL ones with indicators build in, and the LEDS for lane assist of course.
Two cameras, harness you can make it your own, few connectors and you should be ready to go
