...I had to use my spare wheel at the weekend for a couple of hundred miles. I don't like using it, as it's perfect; like new, but that is what it's for, so needs must etc.
So, now I have my normal wheel back on the car, I removed the spare from the wheel well (where the fitters had kindly popped it back in) and spent half an hour or so cleaning it. Wheel, tyre, the whole lot. She thinks that's strange, but it seemed obvious to me. Mmmmm shiny!
