Brake switch error is nothing to worry about, if you press brake pedal after switching on ignition and before running scan it will not be there.

Load signal error is usually linked to incorrect MAF readings.

And over-revving error if it only appears in TCU and not in ECU is likely to be issue with input speed sensor in gearbox, possibly wrong combination of TCU and gearbox. As the gearbox have been replaced it might have different impulse count per revolution than what TCU is programmed for therefor misreading input speed.
